Introduction

What is Snipbird?

Platform overview and core concepts: Snip, Flow, Stack, and Credits.

What is Snipbird?

Snipbird is an AI platform that lets you have real conversations with any piece of content — books, podcasts, video courses, documents, and more. Instead of getting generic AI answers from the entire internet, Snipbird answers exclusively from the specific content you provide.

The result: no hallucinations, no mixed sources, no AI interpretation — just the author's intent, delivered precisely.

Who is Snipbird for?

Snipbird serves two types of users:

Knowledge Owners (Creators) — Authors, coaches, educators, and experts who want to make their content interactive. Instead of a static PDF or a video that viewers passively watch, your content becomes a conversational experience your audience can actively engage with.

Knowledge Seekers (Users) — Learners, researchers, and professionals who want to extract precise answers from specific sources — without re-reading entire books or rewatching hours of video.

Core Concepts

Snip

A Snip is the fundamental unit of knowledge in Snipbird. It represents a single, self-contained piece of content — a chapter, a key principle, a method, or an insight. Every Snip has a defined scope: the AI can only answer from within that Snip's content.

Think of a Snip as a smart, interactive version of a single chapter or topic from your content.

Stack

A Stack is a collection of Snips organized into a coherent knowledge base. A Stack could represent an entire book, a full podcast series, or a complete video course. When a user asks a question, Snipbird searches across the relevant Snips in the Stack to find the most accurate answer.

Flow

A Flow is a structured, multi-step conversation experience built on top of a Stack. Instead of a free-form chat, a Flow guides users through a specific journey — for example, a step-by-step onboarding process, a structured learning path, or a decision tree. Creators build Flows using the visual Flow Builder.

Credits

Credits are the currency of Snipbird. Users spend Credits when they interact with Snips and Flows. Creators earn Credits when their content is used. This creates a direct, usage-based monetization model — you earn every time someone engages with your knowledge.

How it works — in 3 steps

  1. Upload your content — Books, podcasts, courses, documents, or any structured knowledge source.
  2. Set your rules — Define tone, depth, response format, and what the AI is and isn't allowed to say.
  3. Your audience asks — They get answers exactly as you intended. Every time. Cited and traceable.

What makes Snipbird different?

| Generic AI | Snipbird | |---|---| | Mixes answers from unknown sources | Answers only from your specific content | | Changes its answer every time | Same question, same answer — every time | | Can't cite its sources | Every answer traced back to its source | | Interprets what the author "probably meant" | Delivers the author's exact intent | | No monetization for content creators | Creators earn from every interaction |
